[Yurt] IMPORTANT: Unlocking the Yurt

Dear Yurtlings, 

Shows are starting up! We have a new electronic system for unlocking the
Yurt. Here's how it works: 

At the beginning of your show, SEND AN EMAIL TO YURTDOOR at HAMPSHIRE.EDU
FROM YOUR HAMPSHIRE EMAIL with the subject: Open. (you will hear the
door click, it's open sesame from there). 

-It will remain open for exactly _1 minute_ before re-locking. 

-Even if the show before you opens the door for you, ALWAYS EMAIL
YURTDOOR. 

-That also means make sure the show _after_ you emails yurtdoor. 

-Whoever's email was used last is always the person responsible for the
Yurt. That means if someone asks you to unlock the Yurt so they can
throw a party, you're the one responsible for it (i.e., broken/missing
equipment, residual party-mess) even if you're not there. 

CHECK THE LIST OF NAMES BELOW TO MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL HAS BEEN
REGISTERED 

If you do not see your name below, one of three things may have
happened: 

1. Your show has not been scheduled (if so, sign up for training:

2. Your co-host's name is listed instead (if you want your email in the
system too, reply to this from your hamp email with your show name and
your co-host's name) 

3. We messed up! (It happens, just reply to this email and let us know
that you have a scheduled show and want to have access to the Yurt.) 

If your name is below but your email doesn't work and you're stuck out
in the cold, please let us know. You can email us here at
radiocontact at hampshire.edu or text Grant at 919-619-3611 who can unlock
it for you.
