<p>Dear Yurtlings, </p>

<p>Shows are starting up! We have a new electronic system for unlocking the Yurt. Here's how it works:</p>

<p>At the beginning of your show, <strong>send an email to yurtdoor@hampshire.edu</strong> <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>FROM YOUR HAMPSHIRE EMAIL </strong><span style="color: #000000;">with the subject: Open. (you will hear the door click, it's open sesame from there). </span></span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">-It will remain open for exactly <em>1 minute</em> before re-locking.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">-Even if the show before you opens the door for you, <strong>always email yurtdoor.</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">-That also means make sure the show <em>after</em> you emails yurtdoor.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">-<span style="color: #ff0000; background-color: #ffffff;">Whoever's email was used last is always the person responsible for the Yurt.</span> That means if someone asks you to unlock the Yurt so they can throw a party, you're the one responsible for it (i.e., broken/missing equipment, residual party-mess) even if you're not there.</span> </p>

<p><strong>Check the list of names below to make sure your email has been registered</strong></p>

<p>If you do not see your name below, one of three things may have happened:</p>

<p>1. Your show has not been scheduled (if so, sign up for training: <a href="https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1KVmjvkRnZqIQNk_uA6mMLV3Hg4XBKJhSYIoy7V4-2lw/edit?usp=sharing">https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1KVmjvkRnZqIQNk_uA6mMLV3Hg4XBKJhSYIoy7V4-2lw/edit?usp=sharing</a>)</p>

<p>2. Your co-host's name is listed instead (if you want your email in the system too, reply to this from your hamp email with your show name and your co-host's name)</p>

<p>3. We messed up! (It happens, just reply to this email and let us know that you have a scheduled show and want to have access to the Yurt.)</p>

<p>If your name is below but your email doesn't work and you're stuck out in the cold, please let us know. You can email us here at radiocontact@hampshire.edu or text Grant at 919-619-3611 who can unlock it for you. </p>
