try 'Great-Stuff' i just used it in a project. you spray it in as a whip cream like consistency and in an hour it blows up HUGE and it pretty sturdy stuff. Its also uber-sticky... i mean uber. Its used to fill in cracks during construction, and also insulation. jeff
