[Newleaf] The working clotheslines proposal!

Hey guys! Here's a reminder that over the next week or so we'll be  
writing our (simple!) clotheslines proposal. it's split up into  
sections between Sam, Jess, Emily K, Alex, and Josh, but everyone is  
welcome to look at the google doc and input edits if they like.
