[Newleaf] Van Jones Event at UMass - Limited Tickets Available

Hi New Leaf,

As some of you already know, Van Jones, a prominent environmental  
advocate, civil rights activist and former green jobs advisor to  
President Barack Obama, will speak on Thursday, Oct. 18, at 7:30 p.m.  
in Mahar Auditorium at UMass Amherst and sign copies of his new book,  
Rebuild the Dream.

I mentioned this at the meeting on Tuesday, but I'm reiterating for  
those who may not have read the meeting notes - this should be a cool  
event but tickets are VERY limited!  Hampshire only received 50  
tickets and they are free, so get them while you can if you're  
interested in going.  Stop by the President's Office on the first  
floor of Cole Science Center if you are interested.

If tickets are exhausted very quickly and there is still enough  
interest, we may be able to live-stream the event at Hampshire.  Stay  
tuned.
