[CoordBoard] Minutes and Mailing Lists

Sorry for the confusion. I did take notes for this, but it wasn't  
clear which Listserv would work for what. So let's use this listserv  
(HSU-CoordBoard) for messages to everyone interested in our doings,  
and the new listserv (HSU-CoordBoardInfo) for communication between  
members!

I'll upload the minutes of our last meeting in the Hampedia right now.
