Hello Everyone!

So the way these weekly-ish emails are gonna work is  I'm gonna first write out a partial agenda for the meeting and then I'm gonna write about some stuff going on in the union.

AGENDA - THIS THURSDAY, 9/26, 6:30pm, APL OFFICE

1. Committee Updates and Check-Ins
2. Everything In The Inbox!
3. Meeting Training
4. Filling Open Positions
5. Any proposals for Town Meeting?
3. Promoting Scope Group Meetings
4. Delegating the task of who will write the… documentation (dun dun dun!!!)
5. More Stuff Probably

This agenda is tentative and will probably have more things and be in a different order. 

And now some goings-ons:

CoordBoard is seeking out meeting training in order to have more effective and less stressful meetings.

We're looking for at-large members to join CoordBoard and help us organize Town Meeting. Email CoordBoard at hampshire.edu about it!!! Please! 

We have Hampedia pages now! Minutes from meetings will now be posted to them. 

We now have two listservs! This one, for emails like this, and "HSU-CoordinatingBoardInternal" for easily and transparently emailing between everyone on the board. Both lists are publicly archived on the lists.hampshire website. 

So yeah! Yay meeting! It's open to anyone who wants to come.
