[HSU-CoordBoardInternal] Town Meeting Schedule Disrespected

Hey Xavier, 

To be clear, I am not speaking on behalf of the Coordboard as we haven't
met yet, but only myself. I appreciate your feedback and I will work in
the future to hold to the agenda we set. I anticipate the Coordboard
definitely sticking to the agenda we set in the future because I know
that I am taking concrete steps to formalize the way in which we
facilitate. I don't anticipate any conflict with the rest of the
Coordboard. I will work to prevent conflict of interests from occurring
in future Town Meetings through greater formalization in facilitation
procedure. Thanks for your time and feedback Xavier.
