[HSU-CoordBoardInternal] Smoking Proposal

I met with Bryon yesterday to discuss the current smoking policy at
Hampshire. The conversation ended with Byron stating that housing has been
working on developing a new sanctioning process for violators of the
"no-smoking-indoors" community norm.

He voiced that he wanted input from the students as what consequences
should follow violations of the smoking policy as is.

This is not a proposal per say, but a topic of discussion that would
provide the administration with much needed feedback.

Perhaps we could add this to the agenda for next town meeting.
