[Clusterusers] Fly homedir cleanup

[Thomas Helmuth]

Is the "ci" user what Emma set up for the lab a while back? If so, she may
have not gotten this email. I'm guessing some or all of it could be
deleted, though we should double check since there might be some data from
a COSMOS paper in there.

I am about to go through to delete/compress things I don't need or need but
not often.
