[Clusterusers] Fly homedir cleanup

The ci account was indeed set up back in those days, when we thought that we should all be using the same account for some reason. I'm pretty sure it could at least all be compressed. If it's full of the results of Emma's runs then it may include huge files of entire populations that she liked to save. These would probably compress dramatically, as would log files, since they tend to have a lot of redundancy.
