[Clusterusers] Another power blip at 4:20PM

Please do! I've been UPSing all kinds of things all over campus. I now 
have UPSes underneath every piece of networking equipment in ASH except 
the switch underneath your desk, also the first floor of Cole and the 
head node of the Film/Photo building...
