[Circulation] Reminder: Communication About Library Charges

Hello All, 

This is a reminder that it is not your responsibility to mention library
charges to patrons if you see any when you bring up a patron record to
check items out to them.  Patrons will receive fine or billing notices
directly from the library before charges are posted to their accounts. 
If you see an amount in the Owe or Pay fields, ignore it.  You sometimes
cause undue concern to the patron by alerting them to charges which will
later be waived, or to charges for which they have already been billed.
