[Circulation] Troubleshooting a Printer Error

Hi All,

We've been seeing a lot of printer errors like the screenshot below. 
When this happens,there is a problem with the way the document (usually
a pdf) is formatted.  Patrons can try saving the pdf to the desktop and
then printing from Preview rather than the browser.  This sometimes
works.  Or they could try to copy and paste the text in to Word and
print from there.  If it is pdf that is posted to a Moodle site, it is
helpful to get the course number, the professor's name, and the title of
the document, and we can reach out forward this information on to Gaby
Richard-Harrington, IT's Instructional Technologist, and she can then
work with the professor to put an edited version of the pdf on Moodle.
