LOVE THE BODY YOU’RE IN GROUP  

facilitated by Jessica Gifford, LICSW   

This group will provide a safe space for students to work on developing
a more compassionate relationship with their body through discussion and
a variety of writing, reflection and meditation exercises. Space is
limited to 16. Students are asked to commit to all 4 sessions and
complete about one hour of "homework" between meetings.
