[Circulation] Reminder: Posting For and Getting Subs: WARNINGS WILL BE GIVEN FOR MISSED SHIFTS!

Hello All, 

THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT REMINDER THAT IF YOU POST FOR A SUB AND NO ONE
TAKES IT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR WORKING THAT SHIFT! Even if there are
two students scheduled for the shift you are still required to post for
a sub. If no one takes your shift a day or so beforehand talk to me or
Courtney for suggestions. This is crucial during the weekend shifts when
only one person is working per shift! What are you supposed to do if no
one takes your shift? Call every person on the sub list, which is
attached. Do not just ask your friends and give up. Everyone's number is
here but Angel and Emma (Emma -send me your new number again please).
This list is also posted on the bulletin board outside the circ office
and on the libguide. 

CONSIDER THIS FAIR NOTICE  THAT ANY STUDENT WHO POSTS FOR A SUB, DOES
NOT GET A SUB, AND DOES NOT COME TO WORK WILL BE GIVEN A WARNING!
 WARNINGS LEAD TO DISMISSALS, DO NOT LET IT COME TO THAT. PLEASE ASK IF
YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS EMAIL OR HAVE TROUBLE FINDING SUBS.
