[Circulation] LATE SHIFT MEETING

Hi Everyone,

We will have the meeting to determine the late shift schedule next Monday,
November 14, at 4:30pm in the circulation office.  The meeting usually lasts
about 10 minutes or so.  You will draw numbers and pick shifts.  If you are
not able to make the meeting, be sure to tell me which nights are more
convenient and I'll choose a shift for you.

To remind you,  each student is required to work one late shift at the end
of each semester.  These shifts run from 11:30pm  - 2:00am, and they start
on the Sunday coming back from Thanksgiving break.


                         THANKSGIVING BREAK SCHEDULE:

        Tuesday, Nov. 22 - REGULAR SCHEDULE THROUGH MIDNIGHT

        Wednesday, Nov. 23 - WORK OPTIONAL - Library open 8:30am - 12 noon

        Thursday - Saturday, Nov. 24 - 26 - LIBRARY CLOSED

        Sunday, Nov. 27 - OPEN - 10am - 2am - WORK REQUIRED FOR WEEKEND 1

Plan ahead if you need subs.  Contact me if you have questions about the
late shifts.
