[Animeclub] This Week's Meeting & Info!

Hello Everyone! 

We hope you enjoyed your break and got some well-deserved rest! It's
good to be back and see you again! ;3 

Just some quick thoughts and news... 

1. Conbust is this weekend! All relevant info can be found on the
website, here: http://sophia.smith.edu/conbust [1] 

2. ANIME BOSTON IS THE WEEKEND AFTER NEXT!!!! WHOOOOO!! And on that
note, there are a few things we need to discuss this Friday: 

 	* departure/returning
 	* vehicle seats
 	* rooming groups
 	* general con etiquette & safety (just a quick review again, of
course)

(And yes, there will be a nifty powerpoint.) 

Be prepared to get into it on Friday! And after the meeting, we request
that all room groups appoint one person to send us an email confirming
their roomies, so please do talk it out amongst yourselves and get back
to us! If you know before the meeting, feel free to send that along too!


As for vehicle seats, your drivers of each van are... 

 	* Gabriella
 	* Konstantin
 	* Matt

We'll be making a record of who is riding in which car on Friday! Please
be there if you're attending the trip, or we'll have to place you in any
vehicle with room. :( Not that it's a bad thing, of course -- you'll
have fun whichever you choose! But Gabriella's van is the party van, so
don't go in hers if you want to sleep. Just a PSA. 

3. Bad News -- Fundcom is no longer approving meeting food for the rest
of the semester due to low funds. So, unless everybody wants to pitch in
a little money each week, we won't be able to get pizza. :C We know it
sucks, but we'll still be holding meetings, AND we will still have our
special event where we screen a Certain Movie with food. Stay tuned! 

That's all for now! We'll see you on Friday and bring up the question of
pitching for food then; if not, be sure to eat a little something before
coming! Stay fed and hydrated!
