New recording directions:

TO RECORD:
Press Record on "Audio Recorder"
Press stop at end of show. Name it. It should automatically save to the
appropriate folder.
You're done!!

TO MONITOR IN HEADPHONES:
Check the "monitor" box.

Good luck!!

Check the other screen for broadcast levels(they will be higher than the
monitoring levels. WATCH THEM)

This should be simpler. AND, unlike Audacity, there isn't as much of a load time
for saving.
