I think "great stuff" is what adam was trying.
here's what happened for him: it inflated and stayed firm, but it had a flat
spot where the foam didn't reach. he said he had to work it around the
wheel.
I would like to try it inside a tube, maybe with 2 or 3 points of entry (cut
a second valve hole into the rim. that way, we could cut off the tube if we
needed to.
another thought, which has been mentioned, is hard plastic tubing. I wonder
if some really thick medical tubing might cut it, just wraped around a rim
and welded or glued together at the seam. things to try...
