[Tsa] FWD: Queer Sexuality Conference Planning Meeting: Take 2

Hi!

I know a lot of you couldn't make the last meeting, so we're scheduling another
for this Sunday at 2pm. We're unofficially in the Center for Feminisms, if it's
being used, we can use the side room or go upstairs (to CHC). Please let me know
if this conflicts with anything!!!

At the last meeting we went over tentative workshops and who we should ask to
run them; we discussed the idea of preregistration; and we discussed
advertising.

We have secured both of our speakers, so we'd like to start an advertising
campaign. THe first step will be a "Please help" image on the magic board. In
this next meeting, we should probably solidify our planning timeline and
advertising campaign.

Feel free to ask me, Julia, or Rae any questions you may have :)
