Drag Ball Planning Meeting 3/9
Attendees: Danny, Jova, Danny, Rance, Anissa, Ana

Theme: Fantasy (drag out your fantasy, what’s your fantasy, indulge in your
fantasy)

1.	Publicity/Advertising/Zine
2.	Performers/DJ/Sound >> Advertising, emailing point person, performance
meeting, give music to DJ
3.	Tents/Safer Sex supplies/fans/food/water/phys plants/pub safety
4.	Decorations/Set-up/Clean-up/Lights

Danny >> tents/safer sex supplies/food/water/pub safety/phys plant
(stage)/counselor advocates and emts/walk through/stage platforms
	>>$1000, $200 saga water/food,
    Under tent >> counselar advocates, emt’s, sexpert, oranges, water, pretzels
    Stage platforms, we’ve had about 6-8 in the pasta
    We need ladders
    Usually safer supplies (hosue offices, Community Health Collaborative,Health
    Services) are donated so we could use the money for the tent (because we
    currently have no funding for the tent)

Jova, Anissa >> decorations/lights/pub safety walk through/ladders/set up
     Decorations >> $370
     Lights >>  $400 –theatrix, if not Hampshire theater

Jess >> Sound ($150) / helping with lights / Has the budget information

Ana/Rance >> Performance/DJ
     >> $700

Cyree, Kendra >> advertising/zine/publicity  (peter had made a cool poster for
the men’s group to check out)
	      >> $349 (duplications number is 659, bring reciept to SDCL)

**NEXT MEETING 3/24 @ 6 **

**EACH COMMITTEE REALLY NEEDS MORE PEOPLE, SPECIFICALLY DECORATIONS, ADVERTISING
AND EVERYTHING THAT DANNY IS WORKING ON

**IN THE PAST WE ALL HELP SET UP AND WE ALL HELP CLEAN UP CREW - BOTH CAN BE
REALLY EASY AND FAST IF WE ALL COME OUT (last year clean up was really easy and
took only 15 minutes!!)
