Yeah, let's be clear:  The Omen's rule 2 is nothing libelous. 

 The Omen has, will, and barring a drastic legislative upheaval that changes the meaning of libel that would prevent this, will always publish hateful submissions by members of the Hampshire community, provided they are not anonymous and are not libelous.  Any not-anonymous speech protected under the first amendment, is what I am getting at here.

The Omen loves you, even if you are hateful.  The Omen especially loves you if you come to meetings/ submit.
