[Omen] Update

For those of you who couldn't make it, the discussion has been tabled until 
next fall. However, we've kind of been painted into a corner as there will be a 
decision of some sort rendered on our funding and editorial policy at the end 
of that semester. I know that is kind of vague, but this is a public e-mail 
list. If you personally want more details, and can deal with a lot of cursing, 
feel free to give me a call.
