[Newleaf] Paper Redistribution Box Drop Off

Hi everyone,

If everyone could pick up two reasonably sized boxes from the recycling sheds
and deliver them to my mod in the next week, we can have a box decoration party
soon!  Also, we can get a move on delivering these boxes to offices.
