[Newleaf] Hampedia page updated

I was wondering if perhaps we should make a separate Hampedia page regarding
recycling. A lot of people might not know to search New Leaf if they're looking
for recycling instructions. Obviously, the two pages would be linked. But I also
think that recycling is deserving of its own page.
