Dear Rachel,

 I am excited to announce the launching of our new Fall Academic
Scholarship for North American students in the amount of $500-2,000
beginning Fall 2016! For more information feel free to contact me
directly. Students may also be eligible for outside funding through MASA
Israel [3].

 [4]The Arava Institute [5] brings together students from Israel,
Palestine, Jordan, and around the world, and provides them with the
opportunity to learn about regional environmental challenges and
innovative solutions.

 We are looking to expand our diverse community and are still accepting
applications for students or interns in the 2016-2017 academic year! I
am available by email at alyssa at friendsofarava.org if you have any
questions or want more information. 

 Also, check out this recent video "Bubbles Not Bullets [6]" made by
students at the Arava Institute. This is an example of the creative
kinds of projects students are initiating on their own. Click on the
