second walk from Haigis Mall and a 5ish minute walk to Hillel. UTILITIES
INCLUDED (except cable and internet if you want them)... save a ton on heat
in the winter. $900 as a singe, $450 each as a double. PRIVATE BATHROOM AND
DECK!

Quick note about the ad, she doesn't mention the kosher kitchen because she
didn't want to scare people away without having a chance to explain kashrut
a little (as in, most of the stuff you buy probably already has a hechsher).

three bedrooms, all generously sized, and two full baths. The available
bedroom being twice the size of the other two bedrooms. The kitchen, which
is shared, is vegetarian.

The apartment is less than a minutes walk to the south end of the UMass
campus, and is on the bus route. It is located in a quiet and friendly
building.

Rent is $900 for the large available room, with utilities included. Cable
and internet are separate.

Lease is 6/1/11 - 8/31/11 with the option to renew through 5/31/12
