Rabbi David Seidenberg will be here today, Monday May 10, at 7:30 pm for
a program celebrating Judaism and its connection to the earth. There
will be a campfire with s'mores (kosher marshmallows) in honor of the
minor holiday of Lag B'Omer, which happened last week. The program is
also in celebration of "Rainbow Day" which occurred this week. That is
the day traditionally associated with God making the Rainbow Covenant
with Noah.
Explore the connection between Judaism, spirit and earth. Study text of
Tikun (repair) and enjoy a break from studying as well!
Monday May 10 @ 7:30 pm

/"The more deeply immersed I became in the thinking of the prophets, the
more powerfully it became clear to me what the lives of the prophets
sought to convey: that morally speaking there is no limit to the concern
one must feel for the suffering of human beings. /

/"It also became clear to me that in regard to cruelties committed in
the name of a free society, some are guilty, all are responsible."/
