Hey everyone!
First off, tomorrow night from 8-9 is Hampfest in the back room of SAGA. Come
say hello to your lovely JSU Signers and hear about all the other exciting
things happening on campus. It's a really good opportunity!

Now for the exciting High Holiday happenings...

We will NOT be having Shabbat Dinner at Hampshire this week. (But do tell the
best part of your week!) If anyone is sincerely opposed to that statement, let
me know and maybe it can change? A lot of people will be home for the weekend
AND...
Mount Holyoke extended the invitation to their Rosh Hashanah Dinner to Hampshire
Colege. This is at 5:30 Friday night at Eliot House. (I am not sure where that
is myself.) There's a bus that leaves Hampshire at 5:00 that would get you to
MHC at 5:15. I think it would be good for everyone whose planning to go to meet
at the bus stop here and head over as a group. They asked that you let them
know you're coming by e-mailing lwaller at mtholyoke.edu so please do that!

Friday night Rosh Hashanah Services are at 7 PM at Amherst College Johnson
Chapel. There will be a van goin from Mount Holyoke to Amherst for that. There
are buses back here at 7:45, 8:35, 9:15, etc....

Also Friday night at 7 PM U Mass is holding services in their Student Union
Ballroom. 8:30 Hillel House will have at Dinner and Oneg. It is listed as $12
for non U Mass students but I believe it's cheaper than that.

Saturday morning Rosh Hashanah Services are at U Mass Student Union Ballroom at
10:00 AM. Buses leaving Hampshire would not get you there until 10:45 because
it's a Saturday (SUCKS!), so IF ANYONE HAS A CAR AND IS WILLING TO DRIVE PLEASE
SEND OUT AN E-MAIL VOLUNTEERING TO CARPOOL? Awesome.
Coming home bus schedule's funny because it's Saturday, so keep track of
that.... 10:45, 11:25, 12:05, 12:45, 1:25, etc...

U Mass is having Lunch at 1 PM at Hillel House. Again, it's listed as $8 for
bon- U Mass students but I believe 5 College students get in cheaper.

Sunday morning, 10 AM U Mass Hillel House is running services. Hampshire bus
times: 9:50, 11:10, 12:30. Returning times: 11:30, 12:50, 2:10...

Here is all the U Mass info if anything isn't clear:

Here is all the Mount Holyoke/Amherst info:

Sorry this was so lengthy, guys! I hope your weekend went well. Feel free to
write back to me with any questions you have.
Have a good week!
