[HSU-CoordBoardInternal] Fwd: [Tricouncil] Upcoming Meeting (Wed 1pm) & Bylaws

Hi Everyone, 

Based on my schedule this semester, I can no longer attend monthly
Tri-Council meetings. They are the first Wednesday of each month at 1pm
in the HSU Office. 

At this moment, there is no student representation on Tri-Council which
is a major problem for two reasons -- they need to get into the office
and only students have the door code (plus we shouldn't give it to them
as it is a student space) and student representation on more committees
is obviously a good thing that we should continue to preserve. 

PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP IF YOU CAN BE AT THIS WEDNESDAY'S TRI-COUNCIL
MEETING.

Dear Friends,

Firstly, let me say welcome to Kyle Bartos who will be assisting us (for

CEL-1) with our monthly meeting minutes, as well as Tri-Council campus 
outreach efforts.

Next, a warm thanks to Bree for your time on the Tri-Council and thank 
you for the update. Good luck with everything this semester etc.

A reminder: our next meeting is scheduled for *this Wednesday the 5th of

March at 1pm in the Community Council office*. Adrianna, will you be 
able to be there?

Clearly, we will need to discuss student and faculty representation. 
This is a great opportunity for us to pin down our bylaws with respect 
to membership and representation.

Regarding said bylaws, I have attached the section of the Governance 
Task Force report speaking to the formation of Tri-Council. We can use 
this document as a solid basis for creating our bylaws. *Please reply 
*to this email with specific comments by Wednesday morning. Thank you!
