[HSU-CoordBoardInternal] This weeks times

Thanks for sending this out Mitch. I'd like to add voting on the K&A
proposal that has been going around our meeting's agenda -- I don't see
us needing any more than 10 minutes. I've attached all the information
related to this proposal complete with the cover sheet, the resolution
that CoordBoard will vote on, and the proposal that K&A has wrote up for
us.
