[HSU-CoordBoardInternal] February Town Meeting Location/Time

The $5/person is what we normally pay for Town Meeting food, yes? This
should just be a matter of shifting what food we're getting. Instead of us
ordering something, students write down their names rather than swiping a
card, and we will cover them.
I'm not sure about the time, though. It could be an issue for people who
missed the last meeting because it was at 6, or it could draw a greater
crowd over all. You also have to factor in that some people avoid SAGA food
no matter what, so we could still lose out there.
