[HSU-CoordBoardInternal] FundCom would like to do an Emergency Town Hall Meeting

Hey y'all,

So we received the Hampshire Halloween budget tonight in FundCom and  
we would like to have a mini Town Hall Meeting on Friday or Saturday  
to open the budget up to a larger community discussion.  The reason  
for this this year is because the budget is larger than normal and we,  
as FundCom also do not feel comfortable speaking for the whole  
community on this issue at the moment since there are only four of us.  
If anyone has a problem with this please contact us through this or at
