[HSU-CoordBoardInternal] IMPORTANT - Unresolved issues from last meeting - Food, Note-Taking & Ballot-Writing

I can probably ballot-write. I can't front food money, though. I'd  
prefer not to take notes because I have trouble participating while  
also taking notes and I'd really like to participate, but if you can't  
find enough people to take notes, I probably can.
