[HSU-CoordBoardInternal] IMPORTANT - Unresolved issues from last meeting - Food, Note-Taking & Ballot-Writing

Wesley designed the voting system but he still has to teach the
ballot-writers how to put that into the system and send out the ballots.
It's best not to concentrate it all onto him since he's so busy. We also
probably shouldn't have 10 people all staying late just for writing
ballots, I was under the impression that we were going to de-brief and
stuff but the actual writing portion would be a few people in front of a
computer, just so it can get done quickly.
Also it's really confusing when you write to everyone on Coordinating
Board with the CoordBoard email but speaking as yourself.

I feel
strongly that the ballot-writers should be taught how to do this themselves so that they can get it up right away, rather than sending the finished ballots to someone else to put them into Qualitrix. Also just as a useful update: Committee of Ten possibly has 10 members now, and they have changed their name to the Accountability Board. They sent out a doodle poll and are working on finding a meeting time. So yeah, all this stuff is super important to figure out and I'd really appreciate it if anyone who has an answer respond to the mailing list ASAP. -Jesse
