Hi Everyone!
As you have seen, the community announcement went out, posters have been
distributed, a FB event was created...here are a few more ways we can
all help advertise and thus raise the attendance for tomorrow's town
meeting!
* Scope Groups--email your listserves and encourage members to attend!
* Invite people to the FB event!
* Share the FB event on your own personal FB pages--because we all
have more friends on FB than CoordBoard has likes!
* make announcements in your classes tomorrow!
* Email any other listserves that you have access to!
* If any of you work for relevant offices such as CORC, Central
Records, Casa, etc. you could ask your supervisor to spread this
important announcement via the listserves--just a thought
* Tell your friends and your hall/modmates!
Tell everyone!
Who's handling food for the event? Who has the PO? Or are we doing an
RFP?
See you all tomorrow at 5:30pm for set-up in the FPH Lounge!
