<p>As you have seen, the community announcement went out, posters have been distributed, a FB event was created...here are a few more ways we can all help advertise and thus raise the attendance for tomorrow's town meeting!</p>

<ul>

<li>Scope Groups--email your listserves and encourage members to attend!</li>

<li>Invite people to the FB event! </li>

<li>Share the FB event on your own personal FB pages--because we all have more friends on FB than CoordBoard has likes!</li>

<li>make announcements in your classes tomorrow!</li>

<li>Email any other listserves that you have access to! </li>

<li>If any of you work for relevant offices such as CORC, Central Records, Casa, etc. you could ask your supervisor to spread this important announcement via the listserves--just a thought</li>

<li>Tell your friends and your hall/modmates!</li>

</ul>

<p>Who's handling food for the event? Who has the PO? Or are we doing an RFP?</p>
