[HSU-CoordBoardInternal] Town Meeting Outreach

Wesley and I had a conversation with Joanna Olin this morning about
Jonathan's proposal. To make a long story short Jonathan may bring
"Smoke-free Hampshire" to the table with Byron.
This is a rather exciting possibility and would spike town hall meeting
attendance 10 fold. Due to this, may I suggest we hold off on posters until
we receive J-Lash's official proposal for town meeting? We requested his
proposal be turned into CoordBoard by Wednesday. That should be enough time
for publicity.

Let me know your thoughts on this.

Warmly,
Bree
