[HSU-CoordBoardInternal] Amendment

This proposed amendment serves to enforce CoordBoard's ability to  
self-regulate, operate with total transparency, and accurately  
represent the community. I believe that it will prevent future issues  
of transparency, as were had by Budget and Policy earlier in the  
semester.


Amendment to Section 4 of the Interim Operating Procedures for the  
Coordinating Board of HSU.

(4) Voting in CoordBoard meetings shall be reserved exclusively to  
official at-large members and functioning Scope Groups.
	(4.1) A ?functioning scope group? is defined as a scope group that  
has ALL of the following: (1) At least one co-coordinators (2)  
Membership that extends beyond the co-coordinators (3) Official and  
transparent meeting times (4) Transparent and up-to date minutes.
