Health Policy and Law

At Northeastern University School of Law (NUSL), we focus on health law 
through a dynamic, interdisciplinary approach that integrates a wide 
variety of practical and research interests. Our Center for Health 
Policy and Law provides a rich context for students and researchers 
interested in public health law, health and human rights, health 
governance, health care financing, drug law, intellectual property, 
bioethics, health care delivery law and the regulation of our health 
care systems.

It is guided by faculty with diverse areas of expertise and is 
affiliated with an array of university-wide institutes, programs and 
experiential learning opportunities.

The Public Health Advocacy Clinic

and gain experience using developing litigation or regulatory actions to

The Health Law Society (HLS)

a student group committed to raising the visibility of health law with a 
particular emphasis on traditional public health concerns. The Society 
endeavors to support its mission through inviting practitioners and

organization that mobilizes to protect reproductive justice. The 
Disability Justice Caucus promotes engagement with issues of disability 
in the law and society, both within NUSL and in the broader community.
