DESCRIPTION OF COMPANY/ORGANIZATION:
Dunn and Phillips is a law firm founded in 1988 that provides legal
representation and advice in almost all areas of law to the entire Five
College area and beyond.

INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION:
Legal Interns will be involved in conducting legal research for cases,
drafting various motions, court documents, and legal memoranda. In
addition, interns will be expected to be of general aid to the firm's
attorneys and paralegals. Interns will also be involved in providing
consultations, and organizing free legal workshops to the student
community, as part of Dunn and Phillips Amherst's commitment to
community service.

INTERN QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent writing and communication skills.

TIMEFRAME:
fall semester
