*Newsletter for Pre-Law Advisors*
/Spring 2014 Issue/
Greetings from New Hampshire!
We hope you’ll take a few minutes to learn about what's happening at UNH
Law and why it may be a great law school choice for your students.
We’re truly a law school on the move. In the past two years, we’ve
jumped 49 points in the /US News /rankings, a rise unmatched by any
other law school in the country. For the first time ever, UNH Law is now
a top 100 law school.
And /National Jurist/ just ranked UNH Law as the 5th best school in the
country for practical training. Given that we were founded on the belief
that legal education should be based on what lawyers need to know, our
A+ grade is not surprising.
UNH Law front stepsWe’ve always been a pioneer in providing hands-on
training, through multiple clinics, an extensive legal residency
program, and our innovative Daniel Webster Scholar Honors program. Our
students take full advantage of all these opportunities: 97% of last
year’s graduating class joined a clinic or completed a legal residency.
At the same time, our world-renowned intellectual property law program
has been ranked in the top 10 by /US News/ every year since 1992. For
nearly 40 years, our domestic and international alumni in over 80
countries have been building up the stellar reputation of the Franklin
Pierce Center for IP.
Don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions or suggestions about
connecting your students with all that UNH Law has to offer.Robin Ingli
