Marketing and Communications Intern Summer 2012
Description:
Start date: June 4, 2012
End date: August 10, 2011

Description:
The Marketing and Communications Intern will report to our Marketing
Consultant and the Communications Coordinator. Tasks and projects include:
Website Communications:
- Market and content research for website
- Proofread website content
- Review website functionality for flow and ease of navigation
Contact Management:
- Research and generate new contacts for our database, including
journalists, academics and corporate social responsibility professionals
- Data entry and clean up and removal of bad data
Conference Database Management:
- Update our conference list for potential Verité attendance
Image Database:
- Gathering images to expand our database
- Graphic manipulation
- Document layout
Other tasks may include research, report writing and presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient MS Office Suites including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Some experience in social media, HTML and image manipulation a plus
- Bilingual a plus
