Thanks to everyone for getting their applications for Exchange and 
Short-Term programs in on time. We will be e-mailing you by the end of 
Spring Break as to whether you have been accepted or not. Acceptance 
packets will be delivered at the beginning of the following week. 
Short-term acceptance forms and deposits are due on **Friday, March 26th.**

Gilman Scholarship Applications due **Tuesday, April 6th**

**Friday, April 9th** is the CASA enrollment notification deadline for 
field studies in Fall, 2010 and the GEO enrollment notification deadline 
for Exchange in the Fall, 2010. This is also the due date for Exchange 
acceptance forms.

FIELD STUDY PROGRAM AND SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY

AMIDEAST Education Abroad Programs in the Arab World is pleased to 
announce its new Arab Heritage Fund Scholarship Program. This is a 
need-based program provides partial support for students to study on 
AMIDEAST?s summer intensive Arabic programs in Jordan and Morocco and 
its semester programs in Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait and Morocco.

Deadlines for all of these programs have been extended to April 1 in 
order to allow students to apply for the Arab Heritage Fund 
Scholarships. However, several of the programs have very limited space 
available for summer and fall 2010, and students are encouraged to apply 
soon; once programs are filled qualified students will be placed on 
waiting lists.
