[Clusterusers] Multiple power outages

I assume because of the storm tonight (? I didn't lose any power at my
house in Belchertown), there were multiple short power outages on the
cluster and there may be more, so... some nodes died and some survived.

Lousy. I'll work on getting that UPS for rack 2 up and running when we
get back from vacation.
