[Clusterusers] eth2 died AGAIN

I have taken the following actions:
     1. Removed and re-added the kernel with the "disable_msi=1" 
parameter, as it has been suggested by some people that this might help. 
I'm not convinced, however, and I think that I may just have a hardware 
issue
     2. Added that interface to nagios so that I will know immediately 
when it dies in the future - I'll get a text.
