[Clusterusers] Another power blip at 4:20PM

That's exactly what I'm trying to gauge. I don't know if/when it'll be 
fixed, but if it is soon, then it will seem like a waste to have spent 
all that money on batteries. But it might be even less money than that, 
in which case it would be nice anyway - I'll figure it out next week. I 
think space of where to put the UPSes is at least as big a problem as 
anything else :)
