[Clusterusers] [Ci-lab] David Gagne's geolexicase with bioavailability job

I'm pretty sure it would be fine to cancel those runs. I CCed Dave's old CS
email in case he's still checking it. But, bioavailability runs should
finish in less than an hour unless they crash in a weird way, so I'm
guessing they're not even actually running.
