[Clusterusers] Dropping Rack 2, getting a new one

Should I call it rack2 or rack3? Dunno :)
It'll be nice to get rid of rack1, since it's useless to most people 
now... and replace it with far, far more horsepower in a neat little 
compact form-factor! (2 nodes, 16 cores, and 48GB of RAM per U!)
